Call for Papers

Intelligence service computing is a hot research topic and have received much attentions from both academia and industry. Networks play a critical role in service computing, as they are responsible for providing the infrastructure to support the transmission of tasks produced by intelligence service computing applications. There is a need for investigate network design, deployment, and management technologies for intelligence service computing. This workshop provides a venue for researchers, industry practitioners, and regulators to discuss the nascent research area of intelligence service computing and the corresponding network optimization techniques to determine the most compelling unanswered questions that will shape this field in years to come.

The workshop invites submissions on topics related to network design, deployment, resource management, protocol optimization, and service optimization for intelligent service computing. The interested topics include but not limited to:

• Network architectures and algorithms for intelligent service computing
• Networking support for traditional and emerging service computing applications
• Network congestion control for intelligent service computing
• Kernel-bypass and RDMA networking and applications
• Enterprise, datacenter, and storage area networks for intelligent service computing applications.
• Software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV)
• Network measurement, monitoring, and operations
• Network, transport, and application-layer protocols for intelligent service computing.
• Network resource scheduling
• Resource management and QoS
• Routing and traffic engineering
• Intelligence service computing algorithms and applications

Submitted manuscripts must be prepared according to LNCS Proceedings and submitted in PDF file format. The manuscript should be no longer than 12 pages with Springer LNCS Format. Submitted manuscripts must not contain previously published material or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal. At least one author of any accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference. After registration, selected accepted papers will be recommended to SCI journal SPECIAL ISSUE, such as COMNET, Sensors. We will plan it in the future.
